What we collect
Inquiry form. When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, optional phone number, and message text. The form posts JSON to https://data-scope.online/api/inquiry, a handler on the same domain operated for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.
Consent preference. If you use the cookie banner, we store your choice (accepted or rejected) in your browser’s localStorage under the key datascope-relocation-consent. We do not send this value to our servers.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website.

Standard web hosting may create short-lived server logs (IP address, timestamp). We do not use those logs for profiling on this property.
Retention
Inquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and follow-up planning, then deleted or anonymized unless law requires longer storage. Consent strings remain in your browser until you clear site data.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data we control, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Email info@data-scope.online with enough detail to locate your inquiry.
International transfers
Our primary operations are in Thailand. Messages sent from abroad are still processed through our Thai inquiry handler.
Security
Inquiry data is transmitted over HTTPS. Avoid sending highly sensitive identifiers through the form; we can arrange a secure channel if needed.
Children
Our services address adult relocation decisions. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We post updates on this page with a revised date.
